Meet the Team
The Practice Serendipity team is led by Nora Guerrera. For over a decade, Nora has worked at the intersection of design, innovation, and entrepreneurship, leading human-centered strategy in corporate, consulting, and startup environments.
Through her work as a practitioner, PhD research, and her role as a faculty member at Parsons School of Design, she’s spent years studying the patterns behind breakthroughs, both small and large. Her conclusion: there’s a practice hidden inside each one of them. Serendipity- the practice of recognizing, connecting, and acting on unexpected opportunities to create outsized value.
Now, she’s developed a systematic framework for serendipity. It is a research-backed methodology developed through doctoral work at RMIT University and tested and utilized with individuals, teams, and organizations across the globe.
